Obtaining Care
Home Companion Care is the perfect solution for seniors and others who aren't ready to leave their home for an institutional setting, but because of illness or chronic conditions, need support to remain at home. We improve seniors’ lives by providing compassionate, one-on-one care in the comfort of the home. We also provide assistance for the primary family caregiver, who is often under considerable stress while trying to care for their loved one.
We offer flexible schedules that range from respite care, to a few hours a week, to live in care. We pride ourselves on matching clients with caregivers. We have a customized care plan to fit your needs. The owner of Home Companion Care personally performs each initial consultation. Every caregiver is monitored by the director of Home Companion Care and each certified home health aid is supervised by a registered nurse. We also provide complimentary information and referral services.
